INDY 500: Hunter-Reay, Munoz top Day 3 practice

Andretti Autosport teammates Ryan Hunter-Reay and Carlos Munoz set the pace and rookie Spencer Pigot suffered a setback during Wednesday's practice at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Hunter-Reay topped the 33 drivers making laps with a best circuit of 228.202mph in the DHL Honda, while Munoz was right behind at 228.066 mph as they ran together during the first half hour of practice. Will Power was third overall and the quickest Chevrolet at 227.733mph in the Verizon Special. Pigot became the first wall-banger of the month but escaped injury after spinning while going through Turn 1 and slamming the wall in his Rahal Letterman Lanigan Honda.
