Justin Wilson injured in late crash at Pocono

Andretti Autosport driver Justin Wilson has been airlifted to hospital after being involved in a serious accident near the end of Sunday's ABC Supply 500 at Pocono Raceway. Wilson appeared to be struck in the head by flying debris after rookie driver Sage Karam spun out and suffered a hard hit against the wall at the tri-oval on lap 179 of 200. A large piece of debris - which looked similar to a broken nose cone from the shattered #8 Ganassi car - appeared to fly into Wilson's cockpit as the Englishman navigated his way past the scene of the initial accident.
