Wilson injured in Late Crash at Pocono

Andretti Autosport's Justin Wilson was injured on a lap 180 crash. Leader Sage Karam spun the middle of turn one and crashed hard against the outside wall. Wilson, back in the pack, hit debris off of Karam's car and then nosed into the inside wall. Karam walked away from the incident, albeit with some help with some help from safety workers. But, Wilson was extracted from the car and then airlifted to a local hospital. No medical update is available at the time of writing. Check back later for updates.
