Pagenaud, Karam lead Monday draft-practice

Simon Pagenaud topped the charts in the hour-long practice. INDIANAPOLIS - IndyCar teams were promised a single three hours and thirty minute practice Monday, but in the end, they got two separate sessions of one hour and two hours. The reason surrounds a violent crash early in the afternoon that sent James Hinchcliffe to a local hospital with an injury to his upper left thigh.
