LM24: IndyCar drivers finally land in Le Mans
Sebastien Bourdais, Townsend Bell, Scott Dixon, and Mikhail Aleshin finally made it to Le Mans on Monday to complete a wild sequence of rain delays, a race postponement, and the eventual rescheduling of the Firestone 600 at Texas Motor Speedway to Aug. 27. Of the four, Bourdais and Dixon were the most overdue after missing the scrutineering appointment reserved for their Ford Chip Ganassi Racing team on Sunday. The situation for Aleshin and Bell was less dire as their respective appointments with SMP Racing and Scuderia Corsa were set for today.
