Andretti Autosport increases to four-car team with Bryan Herta merger

The Andretti Autosport team has announced it will field four cars in the IndyCar series in 2016, after merging with Bryan Herta Autosport. The No.98 car will join Andretti’s existing entries and be run by the team, with crew from the Bryan Herta outfit moving across. Michael Andretti’s team will run Carlos Munoz, Marco Andretti and Ryan Hunter-Reay in the 2016 IndyCar season, alongside Herta’s No.98 car. The driver of the new fourth Honda-powered machine has yet to be announced. Herta ran a single car for Gabby Chaves last season, with the Colombian finishing 15th in his rookie campaign.
