Muñoz claims maiden pole at Texas

– Carlos Muñoz has clinched the first pole position of his career, coming out on top of Friday qualifying at Texas Motor Speedway with a two-lap average of 217.137mph.The Colombian gave a rare pole position to Honda and Andretti Autosport—his best start since P2 in his maiden race at the 2013 Indianapolis 500—and was the only driver to average over 217mph.
