Muñoz wins chaotic, rain-shortened Race 1

– Andretti Autosport's Carlos Muñoz was one of many drivers who gambled on their race strategy at Belle Isle on Saturday, but he was the only one who got it completely right.  The Colombian was declared the winner of a rain-shortened race after a chaotic 47 laps in Detroit.  It's Muñoz's first career IndyCar victory.The race's start time was moved forward with the threat of rain on the horizon, but the Belle Isle Circuit was already wet when the green flag dropped 20 minutes earlier than scheduled.  Immediately Takuma Sato took the lead from polesitter Will Power, and it looked as though the ex-F1 driver may walk away with the race.The third lap had not yet started before the...
