We finally stumped Paul Tracy. The 2003 CART champion, known for his no-nonsense views and ready opinions, is usually the first to pick a winner at each Verizon IndyCar Series round. Faced with the deepest pool of genuine championship contenders entering a modern season finale, the NBCSN commentator made a surprising declaration on Tuesday. "I normally do a bet on who I think is going to win, and I don't know who to pick," the Thrill from West Hill told RACER. "This never happens.
