Harvey tipped for Indy 500 run with Andretti

England’s Jack Harvey is expected to be confirmed as the driver of Andretti Autosport’s fifth Indy 500 entry. Harvey would join the defending Indy 500 winners as a teammate to Alexander Rossi, who earned the victory last year, 2014 Indy 500 winner Ryan Hunter-Reay, Marco Andretti and Takuma Sato. Asked if Harvey was set to join the team, an Andretti Autosport representative declined to comment when reached by RACER, and calls to Harvey were not immediately returned. A two-time runner up in the Indy Lights series in 2014-‘15, Harvey earned six wins – including the Freedom 100 at IMS – and 18 podiums during two seasons spent with Schmidt Peterson Motorsports.
