INDYCAR: Karam confirmed for DRR Indy 500 drive
Sage Karam will drive a Dreyer & Reinbold/Kingdom Racing entry at this year's Indianapolis 500. The deal, first reported by RACER earlier this week, will be sponsored by high-profile performance car firm Gas Monkey Garage, which will use the Indy 500 as the platform for the launch of its new energy drink. Twenty-year-old Karam made his IndyCar debut when he raced the 500 with Dreyer & Reinbold in 2014, announcing his arrival with an extraordinary drive from 31st to ninth.
