IndyCar: Tagliani joins Foyt team for Indy 500 in Gurney tribute car

Another piece of the Indianapolis 500 entry puzzle fell into place with the announcement that 2011 Indianapolis 500 pole winner Alex Tagliani will return to an IndyCar cockpit to drive the Al-Fe Heat Treating Honda-powered Dallara for AJ Foyt Racing at the 99th running of the Memorial Day weekend classic. Adding to the lore will be a tribute to Dan Gurney and his No. 48 Eagle Indy car, an idea which started with team owner A.J. Foyt, who co-drove with Gurney to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1967.
