Oriol Servia to race in 2017 Indy 500 with Rahal Letterman Lanigan
Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing has signed Oriol Servia for the 2017 Indianapolis 500, the team has announced. There is the possibility of Servia making more outings for the RLL squad through the 2017 IndyCar season. It will be the Spaniard’s ninth Indy 500 and fourth with the RLL team, following drives in 2009, 2014 and 2015. His best finish at the Indy 500 so far has been fourth place with Dreyer & Reinbold in 2012, which followed his best starting position of third for Newman/Haas Racing in 2011.
