IndyCar: Power on top in Barber’s second practice

Reigning champion and defending Barber Motorsports Park polesitter Will Power surged to the top of the timesheets in final practice session before qualifying. The Team Penske-Chevrolet driver, who had a quick spin at the start of the session, set a lap time of 67.2913sec, an average speed of 123.047mph, to head his teammate Helio Castroneves by around quarter of a second, and this morning’s fastest driver Scott Dixon by 0.3sec.
