Power cleared for Sonoma IndyCar finale

– Will Power has been cleared to compete in next weekend's IndyCar finale at Sonoma, after successfully passing concussion testing protocol.Power suffered a heavy impact with the barriers after colliding with Charlie Kimball at Watkins Glen, and was initially thought to have received concussion-like symptoms.Power was assessed in a Miami hospital and passed both the Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing (ImPACT) and Vestibular/Ocular-Motor Screening (VOMS) exams.Power has duly been approved to return to action at Sonoma, where he will battle Penske team-mate Simon Pagenaud for the title.Power trails Pagenaud by 43-points, with double points on offer at the Sonoma...
