Schmidt pays tribute to "true racer" Bryan Clauson

Sam Schmidt, the team owner who gave the late Bryan Clauson his opportunity on the Mazda Road To Indy, said his heart breaks for the family and he will always be remembered as a “true racer.” Clauson, who died last night from injuries sustained in an accident at the Belleville Nationals midget race, scored his first USAC National Midget Series and USAC National Drivers titles in 2010.
