Newgarden to attempt to race at Road America

– Josef Newgarden will attempt to compete at this weekend's Kohler Grand Prix at Road America, despite sustaining injuries in a high-speed crash at the preceding round in Texas.Newgarden sustained a broken right clavicle and a small fracture on his right hand after being collected by Conor Daly at the Firestone 600, prior to the race's postponement due to inclement weather conditions.Ed Carpenter Racing had announced that J.R.
