INDYCAR: Power muscles way to Dual 2 win

Will Power broke his yearlong winless streak with a nifty outside pass on teammate Simon Pagenaud to win the second Dual at Detroit on Sunday afternoon. Power, winless since last May's Angie's List Grand Prix of Indianapolis, was trailing polesitter Pagenaud on a lap 53 restart when he swept to the outside in Turn 3 and made it stick. It was for fifth place at the time but, considering the four drivers ahead had to stop one more time for fuel, it turned out to be the winning move. "Man, it's been a long time, I needed this," said Power, whose 26th career win ties Rodger Ward for 14th on the all-time win list in IndyCar.
