Tagliani moves up 16 positions at the Indy 500

Alex Tagliani Climbs from 33rd to 17th Overall at the 100th Running of the Indy 500 Montreal, May 29, 2016 - Canadian driver Alex Tagliani was the biggest mover of the day at the 100th running of the Indy 500, which was held Sunday at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Starting 33rd and last on the grid, Tagliani's team used a different pit stop strategy, which allowed the Quebec native to lead the race on two occasions prior to crossing the finish line 17th overall. The AJ Foyt Racing number 35 Alfe Heat Treating Special Honda crew had Tag running mid-field in the first half of the race until lap 117 when he took over the lead for four laps when the leaders pitted.
