INDY 500: 'I think I drove better than when I won' - Kanaan
Tony Kanaan wasn't mad after having one of the fastest cars near the end of Sunday's 100th Indianapolis 500 and having to settle for fourth place. He was realistic. "I drove the hardest race of my life and I think I drove better than when I won in 2013," said the 40-year-old veteran sitting in his motor coach after spending the final 50 miles battling for the win with Josef Newgarden, Carlos Munoz and James Hinchcliffe before a late pit stop for fuel. "To be able to do that is not a bad thing and, sure I'm disappointed, but when I look at the way I raced, I'm proud."
