INDYCAR: Final scramble to complete Indy entries

The race to complete the field at for the 100th Indianapolis 500 is in its final days. Most of the players looking for rides or trying to assemble the personnel to field a car are known, but a few twists and turns have come forth in the last week. Two-time CART/Champ Car race winner Mario Dominguez has emerged as a properly funded driver with interest in making the 500. The 40-year-old Mexican, who drove for seven different teams in a career that spanned 2002-'08, also made six IndyCar Series starts with the new Pacific Coast Motorsports team in 2008 and attempted to qualify for the Indy 500 the same year.
