Pagenaud Continues Championship Charge at Barber

With spectacular weather as far as the eye could see, and the grounds packed with fans, the 21 drivers of the 2016 Verizon IndyCar series set about filling the grid positions for the 7th running of the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama. Though it was looking like the Honda drivers had found the magic formula during the three practices leading towards this afternoon's session, once push came to shove, it was another round of Chevy dominance as the groups whittled down to the to 6, Graham Rahal the loan Honda making it to the shootout. When all was said and done, it was Simon Pagenaud placing the sticker on his wing, and putting the field on notice that he is not resting on his leaderboard...
