Rahal fastest in Long Beach warm-up

Graham Rahal earned himself top spot in the Sunday morning warm-up session for today’s 42nd Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach. The American will roll off only 17th on the grid after a disastrous qualifying session, but he appears to have rediscovered the pace he showed throughout practice this weekend on the harder primary tires. The Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing-Honda headed polesitter Helio Castroneves and Juan Montoya in Team Penske-Chevrolets, with James Hinchcliffe fourth. The Schmidt Peterson Motorsport driver will start as highest placed Honda-powered driver in seventh.
