INDYCAR: Cindric explains slow Power diagnosis

An existing illness slowed the diagnosis of Will Power's concussion, said Team Penske president Tim Cindric, who still expects him to feature in the IndyCar title fight despite missing the season opener. Power crashed during the first official session of the year in St. Petersburg on Friday (LEFT) but regrouped to lead second practice later that afternoon. The Australian was fastest again in Saturday practice and then claimed pole position before starting to feel dizzy due to a suspected stomach virus.
