Winglet debris puts IndyCar race under caution one lap in

Debris was scattered all over the track, yet, no major incident actually took place. Only one lap into the 2015 Verizon IndyCar Series season, there is a caution for debris. Jack Hawksworth has lost part of his front wing assembly on the course and another driver might have lost a winglet off the front of the car on the front stretch.  This is not the first time debris has caused mayhem in IndyCar this weekend. Josef Newgarden lost a small flap on his right front wing in the morning Warmup before today’s race. Newgarden is running the race without the flicks on both side of the Chevy front wing.
