Daly to replace Hinchcliffe for Detroit

– Conor Daly will remain in IndyCar after Schmidt Peterson Motorsports confirmed that he will replace the injured James Hinchcliffe for this weekend's pair of races in Detroit.Hinchcliffe did not race at the Indianapolis 500 after a serious crash during practice last week and has been ruled out of competition for an undetermined period.SPM entered a third car for Daly for the Indianapolis 500 but his car crawled to a halt prior to the start and he was unable to race.Daly will now replace Hinchcliffe in the No. 5 car for this weekend's two races at the Belle Isle Raceway, known as the 'Dual in Detroit'."I'm honoured to have the opportunity to fill in for my close friend James...
