Jake Eidson Tops Both Friday USF2000 Practice Sessions

Jake Eidson endured heartache during the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda WinterFest when a fuel pump failure robbed him of an almost certain championship. With the start of the full championship, though, Eidson is back on top and loving life as he was the quickest driver in both of Friday's practice sessions in his #22 Pabst Racing machine. Fellow title favorites and Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing drivers Aaron Telitz and Nico Jamin rounded out the top three on the timesheets.
