Penske result down to hard work – Pye

Scott Pye says his eighth position at Winton was down to the hard work that DJR Team Penske has been putting into its V8 Supercars programme. Penske’s problems fitting into the V8 Supercars category have been well documented, with Marcos Ambrose stepping down as lead driver before the second championship round of the season, and Scott Pye struggling for front-running pace in Tasmania and Western Australia.
