ABC prepares to sign off on IndyCar coverage

Decades of Indy car and Indy 500 coverage by ABC/N will come to an end in June after the Dual in Detroit rounds at Belle Isle. With the Verizon IndyCar Series inking an exclusive multi-year deal with NBC to have its races aired on the network and its NBCSN cable outlet starting in 2019, parting ways with one of its oldest partners was required.
