Senna quickest in Practice 2 at Monaco
Bruno Senna posted a last-gasp time of 53.770s in his Mahindra-entered car to claim the fastest time in the final practice session before the all-important qualifying session for the Monaco e-prix this afternoon. Virgin Racing’s Jaime Alguersuari was fastest for most of the second practice session at Monaco, and the Spaniard was one of only two drivers to break the 54-second barrier after he set a 53.872s lap. The former Toro Rosso driver will have to take a 10-place grid penalty for changes made to the Rechargeable Energy Storage System ahead of the weekend.
