Ed Carpenter Racing was in dominant form Saturday afternoon at Phoenix International Raceway, as its new regular driver JR Hildebrand and teammate/boss Carpenter swept the top of the leaderboard, with Hildebrand setting a new unofficial lap record of 193.234 mph around the one-mile oval.
