INDYCAR: Newgarden sets sight on third
The only thing Josef Newgarden is ready to announce regarding his future is he's determined to move into third place behind Will Power and Simon Pagenaud in the championship. The Tennessean's future beyond Sunday's season finale at Sonoma will be revealed at a later date, and while we have an idea of where he might be headed, the one item IndyCar's hottest free agent can confirm is he's on a mission to jump from fifth to third in the standings.
