INDYCAR: Watkins Glen announces multi-year extension
In an announcement made at the New York State Fair in Syracuse, Watkins Glen International confirmed Thursday that the Verizon IndyCar Series will return to the historic circuit in 2017 and beyond. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, Watkins Glen International President Michael Printup, IndyCar President of Competition and Operations Jay Frye, and Team Penske driver Will Power were on hand for the announcement.
