Rossi leads practice for those outside the Fast 9

Teams got one final chance at practice before qualifying to set the grid for the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500. Practice was split into three separate groups with those who qualified 22nd - 33rd on Saturday out on track first. This allowed Max Chilton and Pippa Mann to get their first laps since crashing yesterday. Schmidt Peterson Motorsports' Oriol Servia was quickest in the opening 30-minute session, leading both the tow (228.785mph) and no-tow (228.774mph) times. But he did not stay there. There was a 15-minute intermission before the second group (those who qualified between 10th and 21st) were allowed out. Things really picked up with several heavy hitters putting up big laps....
