INDYCAR: Andretti fast but frustrated at Indy test

Indeed, it left the fastest man on the day – Marco Andretti – voicing frustration. "The level of frustration is unbelievable," Andretti told RACER. "We have Chevy sandbagging; they're out there doing 216s, everybody sees it, and they're complaining how fast I am. A 223 is slow on opening day in May. They're going to have to do better than that.
