Legal action against Andretti Autosport resolved

A preliminary settlement has seen an end to a legal threat by former employees against Andretti Autosport. Although details of the resolution have not been made public it is believed the recent development has thwarted any future litigation. John Lopes and Starke Taylor, former employees and co-owners of Andretti Sports Marketing had launched a lawsuit against Andretti Autosport and had made sensational claims the squad was insolvent, a point vigorous disputed by Michael Andretti.
