Jake Eidson Claims First Pole, Win of 2015 USF2000 Season
Jake Eidson has dominated the Cooper Tires Grand Prix of St. Petersburg weekend, taking the pole for Race 1 and then leading flag-to-flag to claim victory in the first Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda race of the 2015 season. Despite a good portion of the race being run under yellow flag conditions, Eidson was still able to maintain a decent gap over the rest of the field during green flag running, with Aaron Telitz and Nico Jamin of Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing joining Eidson on the podium.
