Felix Rosenqvist 'shocked and disappointed' by qualifiying penalty

Chip Ganassi's Felix Rosenqvist was left 'shocked and disappointed' at the IndyCar stewards after his penalty during qualifying for the Firestone Grand Prix of Monterrey. Rosenqvist had begun his first flying lap in his qualifying group and lost control of his #10 NTT Data-Honda in T6, running wide and resulting in a half-spin and coming to a stop in the middle of the track which caused a yellow flag and Due to the resulted local yellow flag, the Swede was handed a penalty which consisted of his two fastest laps of the session to be deleted.
