Spencer Pigot will remain with Ed Carpenter for 2019 season
Spencer Pigot will remain behind the wheel of the #21 Ed Carpenter Racing Chevrolet for a second full season in 2019 season after penning a new deal with the team. The American driver first raced for ECR at the first round of the Detroit Grand Prix in 2016, he did not take part in the oval races in 2016 as he shared the car with team owner Ed Carpenter He did eventually get his first taste of oval racing with Juncos Racing in 2017 at the Indianapolis 500.
