IndyCar reveals new images of 2018 aerokits

The IndyCar series has shared the most revealing look yet at the aerokits it will use during the 2018 season. Initial concept designs were first revealed at the start of the year, with more detailed images being released last month. IndyCar has now unveiled a full set of official renders, showing the 2018 kits in both superspeedway and road/street course configurations. The kits will replace the current Chevrolet and Honda ones, with all drivers and teams running the same aero specs on their Dallara DW12s next season. A supplier has yet to be finalised and there is no firm date of when testing will begin, but IndyCar hopes to start trying the new kits out by mid-summer. The series says the...
