Bourdais sustains 'multiple fractures' in crash

– Dale Coyne driver Sébastien Bourdais has been diagnosed with multiple fractures to his pelvis and a fracture to his right hip, following his horrific crash during Indianapolis 500 qualifying on Saturday.Bourdais had become the only driver to complete two laps above the 231-mph mark during his four-lap qualifying run, but lost control of his No. 18 machine on his third lap through Turn 2.Bourdais slammed into the wall almost head-on, with the ferocious impact destroying the bulk of the right-hand side of the car, before he half-flipped, coming to a halt further along the track.The Frenchman was extricated from his car by the Holmatro Safety Team, who rushed to the scene within...
