Newgarden wins Barber after Power's puncture

– Josef Newgarden won for the first time as a Team Penske driver, holding off Scott Dixon at Barber Motorsports Park after race leader Will Power suffered a punctured tyre with 15 laps to go.Power's team detected the left rear puncture and instructed their driver to pit immediately. The Australian argued over the radio saying the car was handling fine despite tyre pressure dropping to 12 PSI.A lap later, though, the performance had deteriorated, so he was forced to come in, handing the lead to Newgarden.
