MILLER: Right man, right place, right time

The standard story usually told is that so-and-so came to the United States with $100 or less in his or her pockets and worked their way into a success. But Ricardo Juncos's tale is even more inspiring. "I came to America in 2002 with negative dollars," he said with a grin the other day standing in the middle of his gorgeous 40,00-foot race shop just off Main Street in Speedway.
