INDYCAR: Newgarden IronMan's his way to eighth

Improving from 20th to eighth would rank as a stellar day for any IndyCar driver, but for Josef Newgarden to do so just two weeks after a bone-breaking crash in Texas deserves some form of special medal for strength and bravery. The forward-looking Tennessean, however, isn't one to make excuses or find added value in such a result. "I tried to focus on just driving and not worrying about the injuries. They weren't limiting me as much as people would think," he said.
