Power Holds Off a Charging Kanaan to Win at Road America

Will Power dominated the Kohler Grand Prix at Road America, but a late caution erased a large lead and resulted in a frantic run to the checkered flag. Tony Kanaan closed to within half a second as they took the white flag, but Power used his remaining push-to-passes to keep Kanaan at bay and take his second victory of 2016. Graham Rahal enjoyed a strong run to finish third, followed by Ryan Hunter-Reay and Helio Castroneves. The championship picture took an interesting twist and both championship frontrunners faced mechanical woes.
